Refund policy

Returns

You may be able to return our products within the 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Discounted products and sale items sold at 40% off or more and limited time valid coupon code purchases are marked as final sales. 10% restocking fee will be applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be new, unused, without any stains or damage and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original labels and tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Warranty & Defects

  • Product Defects: We stand by the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your item due to a defect, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. Items that have been washed or worn are not eligible for returns related to defects.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us with a photo of the damaged package. We will initiate an inspection process with the carrier for insurance purposes.
  • Free Return Labels for Defects: If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bebencaorganics.com.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Discounted products sold at 40% off or more and limited time valid coupon code purchases are marked as final sales. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are a wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bebencaorganics.com and send your item to our warehouse: Penny Arcade (Bebenca organics). 9660 153rd Ave NE, Redmond Washington 98052, United States

All exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
  • Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned or exchanged.


Shipping Policy

All orders including any Priority shipping requests (2-day shipping) require processing time of 2 to 3 business days. All orders are shipped using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx or UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Penny Arcade (Bebenca organics). 9660 153rd Ave NE, Redmond Washington 98052, United States. 

Please note that 2-day shipping only operates on business days (Monday through Friday) and do not deliver on weekend, per carrier policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping

All international Sales are Final. We will not accept exchange requests, returns or refunds for international shipped products.

In case of damaged or defective product, you may email us with clear pictures within the 3 days of receiving the product.

We offer international shipping to select countries at this time. Detail list below: 

US, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico 


Shipping  and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Your orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) only.  There could be delivery delays depending on your location and logistical delays i.e. customs processing. Bébénca Organics is not responsible for such delays. We will be responsible to ship within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we have no control or responsibility for it. Please use the tracking number to track your order and to contact the carrier about any delays. 


Please Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bébénca Organics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
